They give nice gift at the time of discharge to give 5 star rating. Infact they took mobile from my hand and wrote review themselves.. smart as if i am an illiterate.nThe rooms very very dirty, cockroaches roaming all around and there are no properly trained staff.nIt was expensive to the service and infrastructure they have.nThe good thing was Dr. Srinivas was good and caring. He explained in detail to me.

Recently admitted in ozone hospital, kothapet, Hyderabad. The atmosphere, nursing care, rooms are very good and heiginc. Best place for better treatment.nThank you

Came for ENT(small bleeding from Ear)for treatment on 16-11-2020 at 17.30, doctor was not came still on 17-11-2020 excepted arrival of doctor at 15.00.nnCame ontimennDone small surgery on 18-11-2020 at 16.00nnPlastic surgeon will come 4 pm onlynHe was not available dailynnNursing staff is goodnnWe need much patience for treatment, if one patient come to hospital, they will take 4-7 days for treatment but it actually requires one or two days only.
