i purchased a mi 20000 mah powerbank and now it's 5 months since i am using that powebank and it has 6 months warranty .but the problem is my Power bank is not charging and i didn't uses it since i purchase it .when i went to mi service centre of kavita complex nzb he refused to take this powerbank for repair and telling me that he can see a scratch on powerbank when i saw i literally need a microscope to see that. i will be honest it was very minor he told me that we cannot take this ud83dude20. bad mi xiaomi staff they all are lazy like fuc***** just they can sell but can't give services

No professional a guy with zero knowledge and skills operates you're device and charges you 10 time's the normal amount I strongly recommend not to visit this place

Iam going there change my mobile battery..My redmi note 5 pro battery not fetting properly....i have 2 time bad experience with this sarvice center
