AAA Moving & Storage

The move started off great. Everything was aligned perfect and then the movers actually showed up. In the middle of a national pandemic. The movers had no intention of wearing a mask when entering our home. We provided them one. They then assembled our bed Incorrectly leaving Multiple pieces out that prevented the bed from sitting upright. Lastly a box was misplaced. After telling the movers that we were missing a box they continued to drive off. Contacting dispatch was a struggle. They are non responsive to calls or text. Jason the booking agent was my only point of contact. He informed me that our box was no of high importance and to contact the dispatch. What do you think we’ve been trying to do JASON? I asked to speak to a manager he then proceeded to hand up in my face. They were all responsive when the move was in progress once they got our money they were no longer willing to work with us. Do not I repeat do not book with them. Horrible experience. Update. Jason called and threatened me only after reading my review. Asking if I thought it was a good idea to leave a review while my claim was being processed. He then proceeded to Harass me via text and offer me a claim for $24! Laughable! The company needs new representation as they are inadequate at performing in a respectful and professional manner. My rating still stands. Don’t waste your time. Last update: Jason continues to lie as he follows up and responds to this review. Trying to discredit my experience. If his statement. His comments via email as well as over the phone were passive aggressive. Look at photo I attached for further proof. He states we didn’t notify them about certain things when we let the dispatch manager, Sofia, know everything. Where in lies the lack of communication even within the company. He is rude and lies about his helpfulness. I called several times with no response as he and his staff are incapable and incompetent of simple task or communication.

Forgot their names but they were amazing! Worked swiftly, were very careful with everything set up my bedroom beautifully. Remembered the things that needed moving and those that didn’t. Overall great experience

I had an amazing experience with AAA Moving & Storage. They are very professional guys and I am truly amazed how efficiently they managed the entire move. Let me break down my awesome experience - Upon our first interaction, he took a virtual tour of pick up location and inventory and provided me with his estimates (duration and cost) within hours. On the day of move, movers were at my place even before scheduled time and they did set up everything before actual start time. Then, they just moved all our boxes (oh they were heavy) in no time. It was raining and all wet outside and neither of them touched any boxes to the ground (was my biggest worry to move in rain). Then they dismantled and packed furniture like pro and were ready to hit the road in no time. Upon reaching destination, they very professionally offloaded boxes and furniture and then assembled and placed it to our liking. Highlights for me - their professionalism, caring about minute details, very polite, humble guys with always a smile on their face, value for money. Thank you guys for helping us with our move. I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone looking for moving services.

I used this company to do a move for me from Texas to Georgia. They came to my place on September 29th as scheduled, however, what was estimated was too low and I ended up having to pay an additional $400 for the move. Considering I had even less boxes and the same amount of furniture that was provided for the estimate, I did not expect a higher payment. I did get furniture delivered about a week later. However this part of the move was horrendous. I got a call that they will be arriving between 8:30 and 10:30 in the morning to deliver the furniture I finally call since they still hadn't shown up by 11am. They tell me they're not going to be able to come out that day and it's going to be the next day. If I hadn't called I would have never known. The next day we had some issue with the potential to get their 18-wheeler to our location, however, he finally agreed it could be done. Upon delivery there were a lot of boxes in bad shape, either crushed or wet on the bottom. And I have no idea why. There also was at least one box that I never did receive because I'm missing pieces. The man that was in charge of delivering the furniture must have hired part-time people to help and they ended up in a huge fight over what they were hired to do and police were called....it was ridiculous.So the two part timers ended up leaving early and the guy that actually delivered it was the only one left. My husband actually had to do some help getting the furniture put together. And there were pieces that we ended up doing after the fact. I did contact the company and explained the problems. They admitted they had had some issues with this new company they were using for the deliveries and said they would contact me within the next week to see what they could do. I never heard from the movers again. I called another time, but never heard back. I would strongly recommend looking for a different company even if the price is higher. I won't use this company again. Thank you.

Awesome service. They called to verify ahead of time. On the day of service they were running late, and called to tell us. Movers arrived, surveyed all the stuff, and they were polite and responsive to requests. Best of all, they were efficient. They had a lot to move. They packed everything tightly together in their truck, and got the job done in a timely manner. I would gladly hire them again.
