Very Poor response starting from Sales, Installations and service facilities.nPurchased Dish water from this IFB point - with full payment on 5th Dec 2019. Product got delivered after a week but till now installation was not fully done. As per the initial discussions with sales person - Prakash, he supposed to complete both delivery and installation within 2 days of the payment. When I tried to reach those people, they won't pick the calls. Don't even call back after 24 hours also.nVery Very Very BAD SERVICE I have ever seen.

Good,IFB products like washing machines, micro Owen, air conditioner are available and also detergent liquids of Ifb
