Very bad nd they didn't attend call

You get transport facility to all agra and other state of India, time to time

I don't have any good experience about ISBT Agra

You will be disappointed to see the level of dirt and pollution here

Visited isbt agra on 6.3.20 to get a bus for lucknow.it was raining heavily with olas also pouring in . One could drench in the rain as the autos would drop you quite far away on the ground that autos are not allowed inside and you need to walk down till the main station along with bag and baggage.quite cumbersome and tiring for both the aged as well as the young.administration needs to look into it and allow suitable passage through public transport for dropping in.stalls inside were selling eatables like overpriced tea,coffee patties+normal namkeen packed pouches of peanut,chana,matar,biscuits at market price.no proper restaurant/cafeteria .for a change toilets were there ,somewhat clean.rain water had logged in the sides and the main entry/ramp of the platforms due to bad drainage.bus services like scania,volvo,janrath,shatabdi were there.but the sad point that we missed the 6.00 pm Volvo bus as no ticket were being provided in the bus or the isbt counter on the pretext that online reservations was allowed in it and when it was tried online it reflected a few vacant seats but these could not be reserved as online seat availability pattern was not available.thus we had to shell out 900 for scania at 7.30 pm next bus after the 6 pm volvo of around 700 rs.no of buses should have been increased due to heavy rush of holi festival but it had not been done.premises are very big but the space has not been well utilised to provide passenger amenities like waiting area,shopping malls,food court,rest room etc.
