So they don’t even inform you prior cancellation of bus.nWe booked online in AC bus from Aligarh to Delhi and when we reached to the bus stop to board our bus we got to know about the bus break down and at that very moment we received a message about cancellation and there was nothing mentioned about the refund and till this date we have not received any refund amount yet.nAnd the worst thing was that they were not even concerned about providing the alternative of that as there was no other AC bus after that.
