Heritage listed train station, but needs better infrastructure considering it serves all of Sydney's as well as some regional NSW train lines. Pretty navigable for travelling around suburban Sydney but travelling to regional NSW and interstate is supposedly a nightmare. Also don't expect there to be a time where the volume of commuters is nil, because its business is up there with Town Hall (comparatively densely packed in small space).

Great train station with so much commuter traffic that one might as well model it with traffic flow theory. Average station layout though, but I'll give a five because it has trains.

Great railway station! I was in Sydney for the very first time and I wasn't sure where I was supposed to go, but there was a friendly station worker who told me exactly where to go. I really appreciated that! It was kind of overwhelming with how many different platforms there were, but you've just got to find a staff member and they'll help you out.

Central point for travelling all over Sydney and other parts of Australia from Sydney. Take service from the help desk which was great specially the lady named Nilima was very helpful. But reaching to the platforms was little troublesome for a newcomer like me.
