It is a useful site, but they should make the option to remove the phone number in a better way. In this site, you can get paid consultations from different lawyers related to your case. Most of the fees are reasonable.
They ask your phone number when you put the details of your case, and all kinds of lawyers start calling you and some of them dont have experience in your kind of case at all, but they ask money even for the basic phone consultation.
However, when I contacted the customer service they did take off my phone number from the listing, which stopped the calls (this option should be part of my profile ideally, I shouldnt have to contact customer service).
I really liked how streamlined your services are, from the online chat box, to scheduling of calls and mailing details, to even the after-call/consultation feedbacks. Very convenient, Specially during these times.
