It won’t even deserve one star. If you are comfortable with unexpected delayes and unpredicted cancellation then obviously best airlines to travel. Today sg-736 is delaying by more than 4 hrs ,airline won’t even bother to send prior note to intended passengers regarding delay.

Worst service, I booked a round trip in between Delhi and Varanasi, but keep on delaying their flight from Delhi 2.40 hrs and from Varanasi to Delhi its delay again about 3.30 hrs, total hours of the journey is around 1.40 hrs..makes the arrival and departure painful. Most of the fellow passenger told me that this is very common with SpiceJet flight. So I decided now that I will not book any tickets for me or my family through SpiceJet.

I am a frequent flyer and none of the SpiceJet flights I have ever boarded have ever been on time. It is the worst airline in terms of punctuality. I am writing this review sitting in a SPICEJET PLANE WHICH is late by 3 hours ( Patna to Delhi)- Flight no- SG 8548 . Hope they reach Delhi in 2 hours otherwise I will miss my International flights. Spicejtet wake up otherwise you will also go defunct very soon. indigo and Goair are 100 times better than you in punctuality.
