To Alvarez Plumbing: Be better. Your plumber , Dean, was fantastic! I wish I could review only him, because he was professional, personable, answered any/all questions, and was even very mindful of tidying up after he was finished. Excellent job Dean (5 star service all the way). However, your office staff's lack of communication, diligence, and follow through delayed the process of potentially completing the job in a reasonable time frame. All things considered, an emergency insurance claim to install a water heater should not take two weeks + two days to complete.nTo Dean: Thank you.

We had Troy & Jose come to our home today to fix 2 leaks, one of them was a bathtub leak. They were very fast to respond to our problem and fixed it in no time! They were both very professional and kind. They also left without leaving any mess behind. I'm beyond happy with their work ethic. I will definitely use their services in the future if need be. We used Alvarez plumbing through our house insurance... Eric was courteous polite and took care of all of our...we had a leak under the house and I felt bad for him in this weather for him to go underneath and I asked him to take pictures before and after and he did as such... Major leak underneath our kitchen sink was repaired... the line had a strange angle so he corrected it.. as well... I had a toilet issue where it was leaking from the handle due to the pump over filling the tank and was making a really loud whining sound so he replace the pump and the waterline that brings the water in cuz it was leaking as well... Very good work overall
