Anthony was great! Professional, courteous, very knowledgeable of the issue. He looked into different options for us to make sure we were getting exactly what needed to be done and was extremely thorough in his explanations. We even discussed other issues around our house that he could help us with. The current issued was fixed in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend Anthony!

Kevin was responsive, straight-forward and quick. I had a leak late at night, and he came to the property pretty quick, and explained the issue in terms I could understand.nThe price was a bit on the higher end, but the service was good, so I am fine. We have worked with Benjamin Franklin plumbing for the past two years, and every experience has been positive. Our most recent experience is a prime example of how professional and dedicated this company is. Adam worked with us to find the best solution for replacing our water heater and addressing some other plumbing needs. He gave us multiple options, and at no time did he try and talk us into one option over another. He just patiently answered our questions and let us make our decision with no pressure.nnThat same day, Russ baker and his son Russ JR. came to do the installation. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently on several tasks. Then came time for the replacement of a faucet that was far less straightforward than anyone thought. If Russ and his son couldn’t figure out how to do it, the faucet simply wouldn’t be fixed because the alternative fix was way too involved and costly. I was fully expecting them to try one or two things, and then to tell us it just couldn’t be done. But they didn’t. They kept searching for a solution until they found one. And throughout all of it, they displayed the same friendliness, professionalism and skill that had impressed us from the beginning.nnThanks to them, and to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a whole, we now have plentiful hot water, awesome filtered water from the tap, and the ability to once again use our bathtub. Highly recommend this company!
