E.R. Services

We have used E.R. Services for a few years now and have had great service each time they come out to help. Professional service, friendly and kind phone staff that's helps us get on their list for someone to come out. We usually get someone out to our house the same day we call. They always show me their work and explain what they did before they leave and also give me a firm quote before they start any repair work so I can make a decision on what I want them to do. So easy and they do great work! I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Garrett resolved a leaking toilet issue under warranty without any question. Explained what he had done very clearly and urged that I call again if I have any problems. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Have previously used ER Plumbing. Every technician and every service has been 5 star. Congratulations to a well run service company.nnGarrett returned 8/17/20 and made 3 separate repairs. Very pleased when I realized it was Garrett again. He is the best!!!

Joe and Luke did a great job!nnVery thorough and explained everything along the way from the start of the job when they came to give me a quote; through to the end of the job. As well as, they even cleaned up the extra dirt in the street and the driveway.nnIt's obvious the level of experience and knowledge that Joe has. Excellent high-quality service. Nick and his coworker were professional, very clean and extremely interested in getting the job done professionally and to our satisfaction. Had an issue with kitchen drain backing up into our bar sink. I thought the repair would involve changing pipe structure under the house and we talked about that possibility. After thorough inspection under the house, Taylor determined that if he cleaned out both drain pipes the situation should work fine and gave me a product to put down the drains periodically to keeps the pipes clear especially since this a 70’s house with cast iron pipes. Price was very reasonable so I had him fix 2 other things while he was here. Excellent work and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this company.
