Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

**UPDATE 11/20: we had another issue due to some flooding from a. Broken pipe, Ron and Van both came out promptly and fixed everything!!! They’re both excellent techs and helped us because Ronnie, our previous tech, had since retired!nnRonnie from Roto-Rooter came out Monday afternoon/evening and told us exactly what was wrong, found some illegal plumbing and told us exactly how he planned to fix it. Even gave us an estimated quote. Told us he would be back Tuesday at 9:30 am. He showed up at 9:28 and immediately got to work. He was quick, efficient and kept us up to date on everything he did. He was so helpful, nice and honest with us. He finished around 4:30 PM, cleaned up everything and made it look better than before. It was an absolute pleasure to get to know Ronnie and for his quick and awesome work. Will absolutely be using Ronnie for all plumbing needs.

My sewer line was clogged and Stan came to fix it after 5pm on a Sat. While it was necessary to completely remove my toilet to fix the issue, Stan was finished in just about 2 hours. Came to remove clog with snake. Camera found roots in sewer line. Replaced section impaired by roots. Richard Benante and his team were quick and clean with their process. Richard explained the issue offered a solution and same day repaired the problem. In addition, they left no evidence whatsoever that a repair had been made and landscape disturbed from said repair. Highly recommend Richard and his excavation team. This is first time encountering this type of plumbing issue and RotoRooter and Richard really put our minds to ease. Would recommend to everyone.
