best gym under budget with good training

Trainers and people around here are so full of attitude and steriods.....nits such a toxic environment and the worst part is people in the gym spread Hooliganism (gunda gardi).nthey have no ventilation and A.Cs don't work either, the place becomes so hot and suffocating.nplus the place is really unhygenic.
