Ordered a bouquet of roses for my wife on our anniversary. The arrangement looked great when it arrived, but within 1 1/2 days, the flowers began to wilt. I called Michler's and received a pleasant and professional apology, followed by the prompt delivery of a replacement. It is so refreshing (and increasingly rare) to find a business that values its customers and stands behind their product like Michler's. Highly recommended!

Michler’ s has absolutely been my favorite florist for almost 50 years! The quality of their things is always exceptional and reflects the best of classic taste. I have NEVER been disappointed in any of their service or items. They have the widest range of products and experiences possible and it is always a delight to visit their greenhouses, florists and cafe!

Wonderful flowers were delivered for a special birthday gift. They were just what I ordered. The customer service was great! Very friendly and accommodating. Easy online ordering available too. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a peace lily online for a local funeral service. It was HUGE and absolutely beautiful! I could not have been more pleased, and highly recommend Michler's Florist for anyone in Lexington.
