Connecting with the doctor on phone for any doubts or query is a big task. A team of assistants will answer your call if they free and the end result will be zero. The doctor is only capable of sorting or answering a question related to his own prescription if and only when you physically present, inspite of doctor knowing that the patient is a senior citizen and is living in a containment zone.nSuch rude, hard hearted and snooty attitude is not expected from any person specially a doctor!nWe expect people to have some compassion specifically at these times and request the doctor to try and use his staff for better management and providing quick help to your patients.
