Dennis provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. Went over all the details pertaining to my contract and explained fees and penalties that most places don’t disclose in order to over charge their customers. I will definitely be recommending this business to my friends and family.

I went in today to check out the units and your manager Dennis was very helpful and made our experience really easy went to the storage facility next door and there was someone living out of there storage unit prices were higher. Dennis thank you for your helpful service today.

My husband and I have rented from A-AAAKey Mini Storage for a little over 5 months. The price was right and the facility was very clean and easy to access. However; the manager from day one has been anything but professional. Everytime either one of us accessed our unit, he was rude, billegerant and overbearing. No matter what approach we've tried to address him, by no avail he has always taken it personally like HE owns the storage facility, never listening to a word we say. This man, not to be confused with the part-time manager, Jim. (who should be the manager) and knows how to manage and work with the public. SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC.nRecently we were moving some things to the front gate and couldn't move our push cart on the first trip out, upon going back for the cart within the hour, the manager confiscated the cart and to this day has NEVER returned it. Even with numerous requests to please return it to us.nIf you are going to rent a storage unit we suggest you don't here, unless the current manager is replaced or at least retrained.

I store all my excess belongings here. The manager is a wonderful man. He is so nice and so friendly. They are never obtrusive always kind and helpful. If you call and they are busy they return your call immediately. You won't sit all day worrying about your bill or whether you remembered to lock your lock. This is a great place for your belongings if you wan worry free storage. I love it!!!!
