If you value your stuff, don't store your things here! They are overpriced and office staff are not helpful at all. I went to get some things out of storage and moved one of my boxes and got drenched with water. Went to the front office to inform them that they might have a leak thinking i caught it pretty early only to be told that the unit above me because i was in the basement had a sprinkler go off due to it getting to hot in there. This happened two months before that day. I never was informed, or even made aware of the situation. They have that documented as well. They called everyone on the first level and didn't think it reached the basement. Like hello, where do you think water travels to. Plus i was the unit directly under the unit that the sprinkler went off. I kept getting told sorry and that was about it. No help with let me get you in touch with the owner since the storage is privately owned. Also they have a huge rodent problem and didn't know that until i moved my stuff out. I have no food in my unit and there was more droppings all over my couch. I informed them about the droppings as well and got told we are fixing that. Again why weren't any of your customers made aware of this. I got my stuff moved to another facility that is cheaper, friendlier and honestly seems like alot better of a place that actually cares about people's stuff and are not just all about the money. So thanks cube smart for ruining my stuff and then not offering to give me any money back on rent for those two months when you knew i wasn't informed about the water leak and i told you immediately that the water reached my unit. So if you value your things and don't want to deal wth the headache of its nobody's fault then find somewhere else!

It was really simple to get started online, the process was easy and in a time when we are trying to minimize contact with others the process was contactless. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the available equipment to make our move easier.
