It was the first week of May 2020. We had been stranded at Darjeling for over a month because of Covid lock-down. Though the government had permitted stranded people permission to travel to their homes, many taxi services refused to travel to Nagpur. The few who were ready were charging exorbitantly. That was when we chanced upon this taxi service.nnThe service provider was completely professional in his behaviour. He kept his words to call us back and was punctual with time too. He intimated before hand when his phone would be switched off. When he finally arranged the drivers, his charge was very reasonable. Before departure one driver backed out, but the service provider promptly gave us a replacement driver.nnThe main driver Mr Shyamal was an excellent driver and well mannered. Moreover, he took the risk of crossing 5 state borders to get us back to Nagpur knowing well that he may not be allowed to go back at one of the borders (which luckily didn't happen). We are indebted to Mr Shyamal and North Bengal & Sikkim Taxi Service.nnThe excellent professional attitude of the service provider and the efficient and dependable driver, makes me completely confident to recommend this service at any time.

We had an amazing tour of Gangtok, Nathula Pass, Baba Harbhajan Temple, Namchi, Pelling and Darjiling.nnService given by Kanhai Ray and his team was exceptional.nnWe built so much trust between ourselves in this journey that we never discussed about the cost or quality that we expected. Kanhai Ray and his team understood who we are and what quality of service we need and arranged vehicles of local passing in Sikkim for Nathulla Pass trip.nnI would highly recommend North Bengal and Sikkim Taxi Service to my friends visiting the region next time.

Undoubtedly the Best Travel Agency for North Bengal I've ever toured with till date . Very Accommodating , Caring , Well Conditioned Cars, Affordable Rates ud83dude4f.
