We visited here on 4th may2019. We took Shared taxi from Siliguri jn to Darjeeling taxi stand@ 150/- per person. Journey is 2.30 hrs long and view through kurseong was awesome although it was very cloudy.. enjoyed the whole journey through clouds and mist.. You can get share taxi to Gangtok, jorthang, Tinchuley, Njp from the stand.

A major bus stand in Siliguri where you can find all/ any mode of transportation for all the places nearby.nThere are buses for Kolkata for east Bihar and Jharkhand, to Bhutan, to Assam ( Guwahati) etc.nAlthough there are many​ private and government operators in this area it's better to book your tickets at least one day in advance, as to book choice of seats as you might get a not so good seats as they are on first come first serve basis.
