After cancelling the tickets by the airlines how ambi going to rebook the tickets and why why why the same airlines not any other airlines till date i am facing problem and making calls and calls but nobody is bothered to answer

Since march I haven't received my refund... just to let you know that my airline has initiated the refund long time back.. it is already 4.5 months I am trying to connect with mskemytrip but no reply... it is really pathetic experience still I sm going through... can anyone help me?

The MakeMy Trip office that is supposedly located in 2nd floor of Ideal Plaza has been closed down for a few months now. Just visited the location and found out from the security guard of the building.

Ground floor office on the main road and is easily located. The guys are helpful to resolve queries regarding domestic and international travel.

This is a worse organization in travel industry as per my individual opinion. They very polite when you come to them But after the payment you don't expect any held from them. They not guide also for good hotel or restaurant. I have to at hotel Looby at Malaysia night 9.00pm for their fault. After calling them I don't get any support from them.
