Not a single travel professional at their chandni office, only clueless accountants. The website is incomprehensible & the packages look tacky.

I liked it, this is the biggest office of Indian Airlines and offline ticket booking and cancellation reservation centre in not only all of Kolkata but also in all of the West Bengal state. This building is named after the office for which it is built namely the Indian Airlines and it is in itself a renowned landmark. The office is situated in Chittaranjan Avenue which is in the heart of Kolkata and is closely located from all the hotels, it is also accessible from all around of Kolkata. The train stations of Sealdah and Howrah are very nearby, Sealdah station is even accessible by walking from this office if you are willing to do so and it shall take you around 20 mins by walking to cover this distance even if you are preferring to walk slowly and the Howrah station is accessible by any form of vehicular traffic you might want to enjoy.
