Hotel may fair, 6 Gandhi road not the heritage hotel with same name. Rooms are damp wall, hot water not available in winter season, room service is very bad, staff are friendly but very bad behavior. Room cleaning service poor. Very very very bad experience. Dec. 2019

Rooms are damp walls. No food option. Staffs are friendly and helpful. This is at 6 gandi Road and not the heritage Hotel with same name

This hotel is near Keventers on M G Road. Location wise good but for kids and old age people this hotel is not a good option. The straight stairs are dangerous and dirty. The foods were horrible, not up to the mark. No food options available. But stuffs are really very good. Hotel rooms are so so. Regular house cleaning option not available.

Staffs are very co operative. Just 5 mins frm mall. Near club side jeep stand. KEVENTERS 2 MINS. Glenarys 3 mins. Rooms are good and few rooms have balcony frm where u can see sunset and kanchejangha
