I was lucky enough to visit Grace, a fine dining vegetarian restaurant. Located at the Kolkata Centre for Creativity near Ruby, this place is gonna surprise you with every step you take inside.nI was invited over to a five course tasting session where I would love to talk about the Spaghetti that the chef prepared with coriander. This beautiful green colour was made with coriander sauce and the aroma of roasted garlic, made it a pleasant experience. The use of coriander cream, roasted baby vegetables and micro greens made it stand out in regards to presentation.nMore than filling the stomach with roasted meat or a chunk of steak, this was an experience that I relish and feel lucky to have had. Having got to taste the fine and subtle variations in taste while the chef prepares everything from scratch, this was worth, the experience.nnThank you Grace for inviting me over.
