The Indian Mythological Puppet shows are excellent. Open from Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Dolls' museum.nI wish more people were interested in dolls. The legacy is dying.

Put this place in your tour place list if you want to visit Kolkata . As , this place is as good as Doll Museum in New Delhi. The Fascinating collections of Nehru Children's Museum of Kolkata includes puppets Showing the great Indian epics and dolls dressed up in national costumes of different cities of the India.nThis is a good place for kids.The miniature models of the epics Ramayana and Mahabharata spread knowledge about the rich Indian epic to the young generation.This place also includes the dolls from different countries and many Statues, Archeological monument and many more things to seen and explore knowledge.

Situated next to the Maidan P.S,adjacent to the Xing of J.N Road and AJC Bose Road, this museum is one of a kind containing an awe inspiring collection of dolls from all over the world.Besides,events from the epics Ramayana and Mahabharata are distinctively depicted.A must visit for children.
