Called to get info on how to turn in paperwork last week and was given instructions to turn in forms to their office. Showed up today to find that their office has been closed for more than a month. After calling 4 times (2 hours after they opened) somebody finally answers and informs me that I need to use a special drop box located elsewhere, meaning I also have to drive all the way back home to get a checkbook and then drive to their dropbox in downtown, since they can’t take card payment. Would have been nice if they provided this information ANYWHERE. But it’s not THEIR day that is wasted, so who cares.

If you are going here you probably don't have a choice seeing as it is a requirement for trade licensing. However that doesnt mean it has to be a bother. Getting my business done at CIB has never been a chore.

It is 2020 and they still don't offer an online payment option for license renewal.

I want to thank CIB for having a great people helping us the contractors to get our license, special thanks to Amanda Riley, for the great help, patience and guidece renewing my roofing license, and above all taking the time to reply (via email) promptly to me and my insurance company and advacing how the insurance policy needed to be specify, thank you Amanda and keep doing that great work!!nOH! and HO HO HO Happy Holydays to all.nnThank you.nDe La Riva Construction.
