It is one of the main railway station of Jalpaguri, in a little distance from main town. The station is quite big, neat and clean. There is a large parking ground. Rickshaw, van, pick up van, taxi or cabs are available for twenty four hours. Its a important station as it connects a large area. It is very important for another reason too as agricultural products like potatoes, betel nuts, and other vegetables are exported from here. The station has nearly all the facilities like rest rooms for first and second class, running water purified cold and normal, many charging points, large sheds, wheelchair accessible entrance, large displays.nit has one or more red buildings. they are generally made of bricks.from a distance ,one can see the green and red signals and red buildings of a station. it has several rooms.some of them are the waiting rooms for male and female passengers. there are a ticket counter ,a booking office for goods,the station master’s room ,some tea stalls,book stalls etc. the station master is all in all in a station . He is assisted by a number of other staffs ,railway police and guards. Here, many hawkers are found shouting the name of their goods and selling them

A small calm station near Jalpaiguri town. It has a fairy big parking lot, platforms are clean . The walls are painted with various colours , that gave a whole new look to this station. Washrooms are clean , restroom is available for different classes. For passengers , transportation is always available as 'toto' or e rickshaw , maruti vans or other rental cars are almost always present outside the station.
