The restaurants is really nice for authentic Bhutanese cuisines. The staffs are really well behaved and the owners are also very welcoming. They are originally from Thimphu. We chatted for a while about Bhutan and believe me they are more than happy to share their knowledge about their culture. Absolutely mouth watering Bhutanese dish..especially Sikampa which is basically a dried pork in selected spices. The ambience was soothing and they made special efforts to serve delicious veg dishes.nAbsolutely recommended restaurant in Kalimpong.

Za Khang is an authentic Bhutanese restaurant. It has a rooftop experience centre and that is beautiful with a Kanchenjunga view. The food is good. But the sides are really small in quantity and I would recommend two sides for one portion of rice. But the homemade cheese and an expert culinary skill makes this restaurant a gem of a place. A must visit if you are a foodie and are looking for authentic Bhutanese dishes. They also serve beef and pork.
