Wonderful place with a view of famous mela ground stadium

A place from where you can avail vehicles for major tourism hubs like Gangtok, Darjeeling, Siliguri, Lolegaon and other destinations. This is the central point of the Kalimpong town & very congested too. I had booked a shared cab from the Darjeeling Taxi Syndicate, located here. The trip costed ₹200. Frequent buses ply between this place and Siliguri, so if you are heading towards Siliguri, you should opt for a bus, rather than a shared taxi, because it's more economical. Also, you can book taxis for sightseeing purposes from here. Cleanliness of this area should be given a bit more priority. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
