This is a small memorial dedicated to Rifleman Roshan Rai (sena medal) of the Indian Army who was martyred while defending our nation in J&K in 2006 . There's his statue and epitaph and few benches where you can rest or click few pictures or wait for a cab . It is open 24hrs for everyone .
