Well connected station, Local and Inter state. This is one of the most convenient Railway Stations with one over-bridge or stairs to climb with luggage, no subways to reach the platforms or exits -- all at the ground level. there are abundance of waiting halls and eateries. There are plenty of eateries in the station offering passengers choices in type and price of food. For travel from the station to other parts of the city, the city buses and autos enter the station concourse in the front, where travelers can alight or board. There is a booth in the front for prepaid autos too. However, for those coming to pick up travelers, car parking is totally inadequate.
