Just joined ,seems nice from the outside and the inside and has enough equipment for a good workout.The best part is the presence of a punching bag that helps in cardio.So good experience so far.

For cardio it is worst gym in raipur. Only treadmill is in working condition and matter of the fact is you can't run more than 15mints. This is ridiculous.nIf anyone agree hit the like button.

Best place for fitness lover's and body building lover's. The well equipped room with full of fitness and body building equipment and a well knowledged fitness trainer. Sarang Heath and fitness is a great place to come and build body and improve fitness with fine guidelines.
