Must visit for Sunset view. Beach has some edgy stones and rocks. Not safe for bathing or swimming due to presence of crocodile. But one can enjoy nature's awesome scenary here.

Beautiful Scenic beach , you can enjoy here for sure . This beautiful beach is not ideal for sun bath but can you roam here at evening for long time , mostly here you can experience slow cold sea breeze which relax your soul after a hard day

It takes 1 hour from Port Blair to reach this place. You can hire a taxi from Port Blair. Enjoy the sunset and the star fruit .nDO NOT MISS THE HIKE TO MUNDAPAHAR .nIt takes around 30 -45 minutes to reach the mountain top. The small trek is an experience in itself. Make sure you reach chidiya tapu by 2-3 PM to make it to the HIKE and return because there are fixed timings as it as a wildlife reserve. Beware of snakes .

Chidiya means birds. Chidiya Tapu is a small village located few km away from port blair. Visit here nearly 4pm to watch amazing sunset. Chidiya tapu beach is a great place for photography too. One can see so many birds here including parrots .Keep distance from water as there r sign related to croc habitat.

One of the most attractive beaches of port blair. it's a beautiful beach with calm sea and tall trees on the beach. The journey to this beach is charming. There are some seats made from thick wooden log and a nice wooden creature which are really awesome. An wooden watch tower is also present there to take photographs. Though one cannot take bath here because of crocks but this beach is a must visit at port blair.
