I don't even want to give one star but no option to leave blank stars. A worst service I've ever seen. I raised a request and technicians keep calling asking for problem and address but never attended the issue.nEven though IFB products are good, don't go for it because of its very very bad after sales service. Go for any brand product that has good service.nIFB sales might reduce in Chittoor just because of their bad service. Better close the service centre.

Very very bad after sales service. We are trying to get our In WMachine repaired for the last 30 days. Service technician is postponing appointments.

Very apt showroom in Chittoor, service by IFB team is simply superb...excellent product at reasonable prices.Worth visiting it..

Worst response ,they keep on asking my address but not sending any technician till now ,even i can say that they don’t Know how to talk and behave With the customers
