It is worst bus, service is not good. It is not a public transport like good train. Lot of goods loaded at Kachiguda, it was taken 1:30 hour. There is no dicky space for passenger luggage, that is also filled with goods. It is worst experience. Pls don't use this.....

Worst travels.... No Safety... Driver is smoking cigarette while driving... I asked to stop smoking while driving staff were harsh on me and asking to get down the bus.... No Safety at all imagine driver smoking a cigarette keeping passengers life in danger... We need to ensure legal action is taken againast them. They collect money from passengers, being rude to passengers, smoking while driving

If possible I can give no ratings...ill response from employees... No concern about passengers if the one have any issues... I hope the director of this service should take immediate action... really very disappointed
