Service is very poor.I purchased one IFB 6.5 kg Water softener Aqua Energie Fully AutomaticnTop Load Washing Machine White (TL- RDW 6.5KG Aqua) on 1/4/2018. Thenmachine has been developing an abnormal sound and giving a displaynproblem in running condition.nI have been giving several complaints in All India tool-free nos butnyour service person has not been solving these problems for the lastn25 days.My machine has not been working last 25 days due to Spare parts problem.
