Do pay attention on the technicalities involved in while construction of the dam, as soon as the water level touches the feet of Amba Mata, overflow at the other side of the lake begins

The only lake which has its famous temple on the banks of the lake is Mother's. This lake is situated in the Rajsamand district. No inscriptions have been recorded on the banks of this lake, which were installed in 25 different places in different rocks and installed in different stages on nine Chauki Pal (dam) of Rajsamand Lake. This is India's largest inscription. Its boulder is made of black stone

(66 km northeast) Rajsamand Lake is situated between the cities of Kankroli and Rajsamand. This lake was established by Maharana Raj Singh of Mewar in the 17th century. This lake has been built by damming the Gomti, Kelwa and Tali rivers. Kankroli houses the temple of Dwarkadhish Krishna on the banks of the lake. There is a direct bus service from Udaipur to go here.
