These guys are essentially thugs. Do not organize your married age here. They are very unhelpful when it comes to marriage registration. And the ward commissioner refuses to register the marriage solemnized here if the groom and bride are from outside ward 23, muzaffarpur.nnThey will charge you 10k for marriage but give you reciept of only 5k.
