Rude behaviour of Bus Drivers and Conductors. I have seen them scolding to lady passengers also. They are rude and sometimes don't stop buses at the requested bus stops when passengers are there. They have permanent government jobs that is the reason they are careless. CTU jobs should be purely on contract and they should be chucked out from the job if repeated complaints are received. This is the way to amend the situation. Below provided five star ratings are given by their relatives only and not by genuine passengers.
