I had given my black coat for dry clean as it was expensive and wanted extra care, but it turned out to be a total disaster. The coat is discoloured now and ironing marks we’re visibly seen, let alone leaving shiny ironing mark. They were not able even clean the coat properly! Utterly disappointed. I could’ve done a better job myself at home. Never giving my clothes again for dry clean.
