I had given my curtains for dry cleaning out of which one set came back shrunk. Inspite of them taking it back the curtains were not restored to its original size and were short upto 4-5 inches and they look bad now. Inspite of repeated complaints no one from their customer service have gotten back to me with any apology or solution. I’m being forced to send them a legal notice to refund me the remaining amount .

They charge fairly exorbitant prices for poor service - several pieces were returned to me damaged.

I gave my sweater for dry cleaning and the sweater was destroyed completely. According to them it was a design. When i gave old pic of my sweater they started making excuses. Worst dry cleaners in Delhi.nDon’t give them your clothes. They will charge you almost 1.5 times the other dry cleaner and the quality of service will be of dhobi ghat.

I agree to the fact that their dry cleaning service is awesome but they lack to maintain healthy relationships with their clients. You can't really rely on their phone confirmation and words. They lack in valuing customer's time. I am really dissatisfied with the service they provided in terms of delivery. I will share the whole verdict.nDue to the office busy schedule and urgency of the dry cleaned clothes I called TLH, Hauz khas store around 7:10 PM and requested a store worker to wait till 8:00 pm so that I can collect my clothes. Despite his confirmation I again called him @ 7:45 pm to inform him that i will be there in 10 minutes but received no reply. Taking into consideration the fact he might be busy i reached there @:7:55 but the store was closed. If he was not to wait he should have denied at first place. At least I wouldn't have wasted my precious time. He should not have left me keep waiting. I am using their services since last 1.5 years but now onwards I'll discontinue and will not even recommend to those who value their time. I am doubtful in collecting them tomorrow and day after I have to leave out of station for a family wedding. Those are the party dresses which are needed for the very same wedding. In terms of customer service they don't even deserve a single star.

I had a very bad experience with TLH. I was initially told that my clothes will be delivered in 4 days, but after repeated calls almost everyday and fake promises from the staff at TLH I got my order after 2 weeks (yes, that's correct after 14 days) .I was told almost everyday that it'll be delivered by the evening but that was never the case. TLH outsources or has one factory where they send clothes from the all the branches, so the stores don't know ANYTHING about the delivery .nnI had the worst customer care service and on top of that they weren't even willing to waive off the fees for the dry cleaning .I would strongly suggest you all against going here or otherwise you might just end up losing your clothes. There are many better dry cleaners in and around this area and TLH is quite expensive as well, so IT IS TOTALLY NOT WORTH GOING TO TLH . NEVER GOING BACK HERE .EVER.
