Never have I ever witnessed such mismanagement and such poor-quality work on behalf of a drycleaning service. I gave my Nike AirMax shoes to Tumbledry laundry in Malviya Nagar last week. They promised to pick-up the shoes from my residence and deliver once they were drycleaned, and yet I was forced to drive all the way to their center to collect my shoes on my own. What's more, the drycleaning quality was sub-standard and extremely unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, the memory-foam insoles of my shoes were removed from the shoes and misplaced/stolen by the center. When I tried to raise a complaint, Mr. Kashish Munjal, the incompetent and and extremely unconcerned manager of the store simply told me there was nothing he could do about it.nIf your shoes or clothing is of any value to you, please consider another laundry service apart from Tumbledry. It is not worth the time or the money.

I gave my suede shoes for dry cleaning and they completely ruined them . They were not at all cleaning ..logo was faded . Please don’t use their service .

I have given a try for this laundry seeing... On 1st order they have discount. After me giving clothes for wash and iron service they are saying there is no discount for your order. And they charged 105 rps per kg. Don't go with offers and stuff they wont take any responsibility.

10 days over they have not returned my things .. I donot know what they have done with quilt and bedsheet..very disgusting service

Happy to see my clothes well packed and cleaned neatly. I can't stop myself taking service from these guys. Delivery boy is always sweet with a cute smile on his face.nDrycleaning became way more easy by these guys.nDiscount on first order is a plus..nEven I get regular messages with new offers on the store.nHappy to get served.
