I gave 3 winter wears for dry clean and then laundry.nWhen I received the coat the leather was washed off. As soon as I noticed, I shared the pic with them, and then they denied.nThey kept fighting and even didn't feel like saying sorry.nThey said please take legal action and then only we can do anything. However my concern was just reporting and I wanted to know if that can be fixed.nThe person talking to me was so disrespectful that I didn't even feel like staying on call for a min with him.nThe clothes were washed dirty I also shared the pics with the however there they didn't feel like responding at all.

Premium quality @ best price. One of the best Dry cleaner I have ever used. There prices are very reasonable and dry cleaning and laundry service quality is very good.nnGood staff and on time services. Keep it up

Third class service, charges more as compared to other nearby Service provider's and while placing order they guarantee for delivery but didn't take any stand on there commitment for delivery on time.

I booked the service for dry cleaning my blanket which is a single bed queen size. I had asked them the price initially on the phone and they quoted 250/-, later after the delivery guy picked up the blanket I received a bill of Rs.356/-nMy blanket itself costs around 500/- online, seeing no point in dry cleaning- because I could also wash it, I asked them to cancel the order. Now, after I cancelled the order, I received tge call again and they quoted that delivery guy didn't acknowledge the specifications so it was a mistake at his end, the price of dry cleaning would be 250/- only.nClearly a lack of professionalism and customer service.

Well, i have been using this service of the laundry for a long time, everything is fine but the point of giving 1 star is the women sitting for reception to attend the calls doesn’t know how to speak, shows unprofessionalism. A person is paying so much for premium laundry and all.. services but the way you expect from the service provider is way too pathetic..
