GREAT GYM AS IT HAS A TOP NOTCH CLIENT LIST. HAS ALL THE FACILITIES A GYM SHOULD HAVE INCLUDING A SHOWER. RAFIQUE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE GYM CLIENTELE HAS GROWN BECAUSE OF HIM . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FITNESS FANATICS.

Ocean fitness is a very well known gym in Colva. They put you on proper diets, Exercises and you can actually see the results in a month. Mostly of my friends prefer going to Ocean fitness. They even have a excellent spa area . Must visit
