AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Owners will ask for advance up front and will deny that you have booked with them. Subsequently they will try to bundle you into shabby non AC rooms where nothing is working, not even the door latch. AC rooms will be given to foreigners at higher prices. Non AC slums do not have any ventilation and the glass doors have only thin white curtains which provide zero privacy. The Outside sitting area is infested with mosquitos. None of the shacks are sea facing and seem to be made with leftover materials after building the adjacent shacks. The owners pretend to be local simple people but are very shrewd. We had to approach police and only with their help we got our advance back.

We visited the place in the last week of December. After booking is confirmed like some months before through Whatsapp and half of the money being transferred, we were told that there has been some mistakes and confirmed ac rooms were not available. So we should adjust and move to non-ac rooms. The rooms were claustrophobic with no windows. There were mosquitoes outside. Not a recommended place for a family with children.

Silent and calm place.Nice for people who love to relax.Beach is also nearby.Services should be improve better.
