Being an architect, I have experience of support and services of all sanitary and cp fitting brands.nVery sad to have worst experience of zero customer support from the hindware team. Company rejects their own technician's feedback of replacement of EWC keeping client suffering, closing complain themselves, and not solving problem even.nI had never expected such zero customer support in this customer oriented Era.nI must recommend Cera and plumber brand but no Hindware.nHope management will try to analyse such cases to retain reputation of brand.

Good collection but not enough staff and limited knowledge. Not giving any suggestions and jumping from one customers to another.
