I am BLOWN away! I went back to use them again. Jill was phenomenal and I had no idea clothes had the potential to fold so compactly and neat. Haha. This is a game changer and I’ll be incorporating this into my budget. If you aren’t using a laundry service, now is the time to take back your life!nnI have now gone back a second time and even better service! Same great faces and quality. Give these people a raise! They represent you well!

My clothes are always folded well with nothing ever lost. I'm quite impressed by the way total laundry handles themselves in such a professional manner. When I had an issue they rectified it quickly and quite professionally. Thank you so much for hearing my concerns! Keep up the good work!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They even text and call to remind you that you have stuff to pick up! Facility is clean, great location, fair prices and they do a quality job laundering my duvets and comforters.

I took two comforters to Aunt Susan's Laundry to have them cleaned. I paid $37.50. When I went to pick them up the next day, they had a terrific perfume smell. I have a chemical reaction to perfumes so when I picked these up, my head started pounding and felt like I could not breathe. As a matter of fact, the smell was so strong that the smell from holding the comforter rubbed off on my hand and clothes. I called the person on the phone and told him and asked if I could bring them back and if he could run them through a rinse, I would appreciate it. He said he would. I took the comforters in today and he was going to charge me $37.50 to wash them again. I told him that I had no idea that he used such extreme perfumed detergent and I would not have taken them there. He said that I should have told him I had allergies and it was my fault for not telling him and he was not nice at all and was rude and would not wash them again with my paying $37.50. I left there and took the comforters to Total Laundry Services at Uptown Station and the lady was so very, very nice and accommodating. She took the comforters and used Perfume Clear detergent and put the comforters in the washer and said that it will take 36 minutes. Then after 36 minutes, this wonderful lady put the comforters in the dryer for me. The total cost $13.50. If you want good service, pleasant people and a good job, go to Total Laundry Services at Uptown Station, FWB. FL
