As long as you're not a stickler for consistency, customer service, and good service by all means use smart. Just as long as you're just using the service for sight seeing and it's summertime so you don't freeze when the bus is late. In fact I'm pretty sure SMART downtown Detroit service is only meant to pick up servants than take them home if they make the bus b4 6. And no need to call customer service unless you want to be pranked. I once waited two hours b4 I realized the info they gave me was false.

While the people who work art the transit center are nice the bus drivers are rude hostile and unhelpful. So are the people at tbe customer service
