Doctor is very well experienced and knows how to deal with any kind of pregnancy issues. Only thing is the rooms n toilets r very untidy n unhygienic. Rats r wandering in the hospital in the night. Should focus on cleanliness of the rooms n hospital with immediate effect.

This hospital does not reserve 1 star even. Very bad service by staff.. and I must say because of doctor unavailability this happened. I had anesthesia for delivery . And I WAS ONLY ON GLUCOSE WITHOUT ANY MEDICINE FOR 3 DAYS.. ONLY 4TH DAY I GOT MEDICINE S TO HAVE..... they even.did not wait for 1 hours for my normal delivery due to rush in the hospital. STAFF SPECIALLY NURSE STAFF IS LIKe THEY ARE JUST Pass OUT the SCHOOL 10TH OR +2 . HOW CAN YOU PLAY WITH SOMEONE'S LIFE. MY MOTHER HAS CONVINCED ME TO GO THAT HOSPITAL JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE NAMEED AND WAS GOOD AT SOME TIME. BUT DUE TO THEY NEGLECTED BEHAVIOR EVEN MY MORHER SAYS I WILL NOT TAKE ANYONE TO TJIT HOSPITAL. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE YOGO THIS HOSPITAL.IT IS BETTER TO GO WITH GOVT ONE. THEIR STAFF IS REALLY HELPFULL. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Staff not telling that Doctor inside or not Waiting too long for the number and for payment staff is very possesive to take it. Main doctor not available and stand by doctor having breakfast from last 30 mins. Ladies waiting for their turn. Very pethetic situation here in ropar.
