They are the worst. They made me wait for 10 minutes just to enquire.They wont even look and wont even respond on what I want...they ignore as if im not there...After not getting a single respond I just leave.Unprofessional...i wish i can give them 0 star.

I would give zero points on their customer service. The owner is very greedy,rude and arrogant. I had a very bad experience talking to him. He charged me more money after the service and continued to lie. I was their regular customer but just to get more money he has lost his regular customer. Very unprofessional and greedy person. He will give you incomplete information before the start of the service and then will say aapke baal kharaab ho jayenge spa to krna hi padhega (he should have told earlier). I then agreed so that my hair doesn't get damaged. And he told aapke superior color lagaaya hai to iske to 500 extra lagenge (which he did not tell earlier) It was decided to give 2500 and he charged 4000 in the end. Very poor and cheap business tactics. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
